Catalina Mountains Chapter of MOAA
Volunteers Needed
Here are our volunteer needs as of 1 February 2024:
- Esperanza En Escalante (EEE) Lisiaon. A volunteer is needed to coordinate chapter support efforts to Esperanza En Escalante such as work days (for example, exterior painting) and donation events (such as donating new laptops to EEE residents).
- Fundraising Committee Chairperson. A volunteer is needed to coordinate fundraising efforts for the chapter. This includes selling Jim
Click raffle tickets; coming up with fundraising ideas; maybe coordinating chapter participation in Saddlebrook's I don't want it sale, and other
fundraising activities.
- Public Affairs. A volunteer is needed to oversee the chapter's public affairs efforts to include press releases and other public affairs activities.
- Newsletter Editor. A volunteer is needed to put together our quarterly newsletter, Catalina Mountains Sentinel. The editor writes very few articles and mainly uses Microsoft Word to incorporate all the articles into the quarterly newsletter.
