The Catalina Mountain Chapter held its most recent luncheon meeting on Saturday, April 18. Our luncheon speaker was John Adams, Deputy Director and Chief Operations Officer for Biosphere 2 in Oracle, AZ. He has dedicated nearly three decades to advancing Biosphere 2. John discussed the evolution of the “Biosphere 2 Project” from concept development to the current enterprise. Biosphere 2 is the largest earth science living laboratory. This presentation was interesting, enlightening and impactful.

Spouses are always welcome. Advance notice of attendance is necessary so that we can assure the luncheon facilities will be sufficient for those who attend the meeting.
